2. He also has experience serving as CFO for Tupelo, Miss.-based North Mississippi Health Services.
3. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds an MBA from Storrs-based University of Connecticut.
4. Mr. Reppert will succeed Jack Wagner, who will help ensure a smooth transition.
