Mr. Wagner has worked at Adventist Health since 2014. During his tenure, Mr. Wagner spearheaded the funding of major acquisitions and played a key role in developing the system’s new Roseville headquarters, which are under construction.

Mr. Wagner’s work experience prior to Adventist Health includes serving in executive and CFO roles at several healthcare organizations, such as Legacy Health Systems in Portland, Ore. He previously served as Adventist Health’s CFO in the early days of its development.

Adventist Health tapped Joe Reppert to succeed Mr. Wagner as CFO, beginning Feb. 1. Mr. Wagner will assist with the transition until his retirement.

“Four years ago, Jack Wagner agreed to return to Adventist Health as CFO to help us strengthen our financial performance and set us up for continued strength, growth and success,” said Adventist Health CEO Scott Reiner. “I’d say he’s done just that and set our organization on the path for future success under new leadership.”
