1. In his new role, Mr. Robinson leads the development and alignment of strategies to improve leader effectiveness and team member experience.

2. He most recently served as executive director of organizational effectiveness at AdventHealth.

3. Mr. Robinson started his more than 15-year career in leadership at AdventHealth as a human resources resident.

4. Mr. Robinson holds an MBA with an emphasis in leadership from University of Central Florida in Orlando.
