Royce Brown, president and CEO of AdventHealth Lake Wales (Fla.) since 2021, has joined Kettering (Ohio) Health.
Mr. Brown spent 21 years with Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth, he wrote in an Aug. 14 LinkedIn post.
He was named president of Kettering Health Miamisburg and Kettering Health Washington Township, both in Ohio, effective Aug. 17, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Reflecting on his tenure, Mr. Brown said he is most proud of AdventHealth Lake Wales’ culture and the community’s renewed trust in the hospital.
“I am excited for a new chapter of leadership, and experiencing God’s plan for the future,” he wrote. “But I will never forget the people that I have been able to learn from, work alongside and build incredible memories with for the last two plus decades.”
