During his tenure with Mercy Health, Mr. Graham led the development of multiple service lines and successfully merged two hospital executive and physician management teams into a single east market executive team.
Between 2002 and 2012, Mr. Graham worked at Adena Health System, serving in numerous roles, such as COO and chief strategy officer. He holds an MBA degree from University of Findlay (Ohio).
Mr. Graham succeeds Mark Shuter, who stepped down, after contract negotiations with Adena’s board of trustees fell through. John Fortney, MD, the health system’s senior medical advisor, took over as interim leader while the board conducted an extensive, national search for a permanent replacement.
