1. She has more than 20 years of experience heading corporate legal functions within the healthcare and technology industries, according to a news release.
2. Most recently, Ms. McKnight was associate general counsel at Dallas-based Children’s Health System of Texas.
3. She also previously served as assistant general counsel for national healthcare network VHA and provided legal counsel to Provista, a subsidiary of VHA, and served as vice president and assistant general counsel for Concentra, a healthcare company based in Addison, Texas.
