Mr. Conrad comes to Abilene Regional from Lower Keys Medical Center in Key West, Fla., where he served as COO.
He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Mr. Conrad earned his master’s degree in health administration from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
