They are listed below, in alphabetical order.

1. Justin D. Harris, CEO for Eufaula, Ala.-based Medical Center Barbour, resigned July 8.

2. Mercy Medical Center President and CEO Paul Hiltz is leaving to lead a health system in Florida.

3. Renee Jensen, chief administrative officer of EvergreenHealth Monroe (Wash.) hospital and senior vice president of Kirkland, Wash.-based EvergreenHealth, is resigning.

4. Leonardo Lozada, MD, has resigned as CMO of Detroit Medical Center.

5. Scott Pillion, CEO of Helen Newberry (Mich.) Joy Hospital, plans to resign, effective Sept. 27.

6. Parker Templeton, president and CEO of Iberia Medical Center in New Iberia, La., is resigning, effective Oct. 25.
