2. St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh, N.Y., appointed Joan Cusack-McGuirk president and CEO.

3. Columbus, Ohio-based Mount Carmel Health System named Edward Lamb president and CEO.

4. Peoria, Ill.-based OSF Healthcare CEO Kevin Schoeplein will retire at the end of 2017.

5. Florence, S.C.-based Carolinas Hospital System CEO Darcy Craven is leaving to take up a leadership role at Buffalo, N.Y.-based Kaleida Health.
