1. He has more than two decades of revenue cycle management experience.
2. He worked for VNH before, from 2002 to 2004. During that time, he was involved in the implementation of the organizations EMR system, McKesson, according to the article.
3. As VNH's revenue cycle manager, Mr. Best will be responsible for billing and document management.
