  • Sameer Sethi was named senior vice president and chief data and analytics officer of Edison, N.J.-based Hackensack Meridian Health.
  • Mark Premo was promoted to chief data officer and group vice president of Renton, Wash.-based Providence.
  • Kshemendra Paul, the Department of Veterans Affairs’ chief data officer, is leaving to become the Energy Department’s assistant inspector general for cybersecurity assessments and data analysis. Lisa Rosenmerkel assumed the role of acting VA chief data officer and executive director of the Office of Data Governance in November.
