1. Saint Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, N.J., appointed Carolyn Allen CFO.

2. St. Bernards Healthcare in Jonesboro, Ark., named Ben Barylske CFO.

3. Speare Memorial Hospital in Plymouth, N.H., tapped Travis M. Boucher to serve as CFO.

4. Bentonville, Ark.-based Northwest Health appointed Jermaine Bucknor CFO of Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville and Northwest Health Physicians’ Specialty Hospital in Fayetteville, Ark.

5. University of Louisville (Ky.) Health tapped Michael Douzuk Jr., to serve as CFO.

6. Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Broward Health appointed Alex Fernandez senior vice president and CFO.

7. Doran Hammett, CFO of Petersburg (Alaska) Medical Center, is resigning.

8. Medical City Fort Worth (Texas) tapped Andrew Lane to serve as CFO, effective Feb. 11.

9. Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Okla., selected Joseph Mendoza to serve as CFO.

10. Bayfront Health St. Petersburg (Fla.) CFO Pam Modisett resigned Feb. 13.

11. South Lake Tahoe, Calif.-based Barton Health selected Kelly Neiger to serve as CFO.

12. La Crosse, Wis.-based Gundersen Health System appointed Jerry Oetzel CFO, effective in early March.

13. The Ohio State University in Columbus appointed Michael Papadakis permanent senior vice president of business and finance and CFO.

14. Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare appointed Terence van Arkel CFO of the newly created North Carolina Division, effective April 1.

15. San Luis Obispo, Calif.-based Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center selected Scott Wartelle to serve as CFO, effective Feb. 4.
