15 latest hospital, health system CEO moves

Becker's Hospital Review reported the following hospital and health system CEO moves in the last week.

They are listed below, in alphabetical order.

1. John Barrett, CEO of Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center in Norfolk, Va., is retiring April 13.

2. John Bartos, CEO of Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital in Hamilton, Mont., is retiring June 30.

3. Cooperstown, N.Y.-based Bassett Healthcare Network President and CEO Vance M. Brown, MD, is resigning April 20.

4. Chad Campbell, CEO of McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center in Springfield, Ore., resigned for a new job opportunity.

5. Christopher Dawes, president and CEO of Palo Alto, Calif.-based Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford and Stanford Children's Health, is retiring.

6. DeKalb Health in Auburn, Ind., dropped the 'interim' from CEO Tasha Eicher's title, effective March 16.

7. Palms of Pasadena Hospital in St. Petersburg, Fla., appointed Jake Fisher CEO.

8. The board of trustees of Falls Church, Va.-based Inova Health appointed J. Stephen Jones, MD, CEO of the health system March 14.

9. Eastern State Hospital in Medical Lake, Wash., appointed Mark Kettner interim CEO, effective April 1.

10. Searcy, Ark.-based Unity Health President and CEO Raymond W. Montgomery II, is retiring, effective Aug. 8.

11. Pickens County Medical Center in Carrollton, Ala., selected John O'Neil to serve as president and CEO, effective March 19.

12. Lake Chelan (Wash.) Community Hospital named Steve Patonai interim CEO, effective March 19.

13. Steven M. Scott, interim CEO of Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, N.Y., resigned.

14. Bassett Healthcare Network appointed William F. Streck, MD, president and CEO.

15. Memorial Community Hospital & Health System in Blair, Neb., selected Manuela Wolf, BSN, RN, to serve as president and CEO.
