4. Orlando-based Florida Hospital selected Kyle Glass to serve as CFO of Florida Hospital DeLand.
5. Nashville, Tenn.-based Saint Thomas Health selected Pam Hess to serve as CFO of Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital and Saint Thomas West Hospital, both in Nashville.
