2. Most recently, Ms. Pfeffer served as vice president of planning and business strategy at the hospital.
3. Previously, she served as the director of budget and reimbursement.
4. Ms. Pfeffer earned master’s degrees in both business administration and health service administration from Ann Arbor-based University of Michigan.
5. She serves on the board of directors for the Boston Accountable Care Organization.
