CEO Kevin Erich: Critical Access Hospital Supporter and Leader at Feather River Hospital

Kevin Erich has served as president and CEO of Feather River Hospital in Paradise, Calif., since May 2011. Feather River is part of Roseville, Calif.-based Adventist Health.

Prior to taking the reins at Feather River, Mr. Erich served as president and CEO of Howard Memorial Hospital in Willits, Calif. Mr. Erich was at the helm of HMH for 14 years. He also served as president and CEO of Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Heppner, Ore., for five years.

During his time at HMH, Mr. Erich was very influential. He was an essential part of helping HMH become a critical access hospital in 2002. He also helped promote and develop the California Critical Access Hospital Network, which includes all of the state's critical access hospitals.

Now at Feather River, Mr. Erich plans on continuing advancements. "As we looking to the future, we will continue to seek innovating ways to deliver healthcare, recruit highly qualified physicians to practice here and develop new services," Mr. Erich wrote in the president's message on Feather River's website.

Mr. Erich earned an MBA with an emphasis in healthcare administration from Andrews University. Additionally, Mr. Erich is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
