ZirMed acquires MethodCare

Louisville, Ky.-based ZirMed, a cloud-based business and clinical performance management solution provider, has acquired Chicago-based MethodCare, a provider of predictive analytics solutions.

ZirMed plans to open a new Healthcare Analytics Center of Excellence in Chicago which will be led by MethodCare’s data scientists and business intelligence engineers.

“MethodCare is excited to become a part of ZirMed,” said Jeff Kaplan, co-founder and CEO of MethodCare. “Together, we can accelerate the delivery and breadth of revenue cycle and population health solutions that allow healthcare organizations to achieve improved financial performance and deliver the highest quality patient care.”
