Women in Technology Hall of Fame to induct IBM inventor

Lisa Seacat DeLuca, a technology strategist in the Cognitive Incubation Lab for IBM Watson Customer Engagement, will be inducted into the Women in Technology Hall of Fame on June 12.

At 34 years old, Ms. DeLuca is "the most prolific female inventor in IBM history," according to an IBM news release.

Ms. DeLuca was named one of the Most Influential Women in IoT by the Internet of Things Institute in 2016. She's also been featured as one of MIT Technology Review's 35 Innovators Under 35 and one of Fast Company's 100 Most Creative People in Business.

The Women in Technology Hall of Fame, sponsored by the Women in Technology International Foundation, was launched in 1996.
