The integration allows users to transfer panels and order sets between the ProVation Order Sets and Epic systems. Wolters Kluwer’s goal is to preserve details of orders from the EHR when importing information into ProVation Order Sets, to ensure consistent terminology across the care setting.
The bidirectional information sharing process will improve clinical content management and governance during order set review, approval and deployment, according to Wolters Kluwer.
