When a provider joins PatientPing, they receive real-time notifications when their patients receive care anywhere in the PatientPing network. These notifications include information related to patients’ medical histories to prevent duplicate services, readmissions and ensure safer care transitions.

“In order to effectively manage the care of our patients, we need to better understand where they access services,” said Brad Wozney, MD, medical director of ambulatory quality and information at Bellin Health. “PatientPing will allow us to do just that so we can better coordinate care.”
