Welltok acquires patient, provider engagement firm Tea Leaves Health

Welltok is acquiring Tea Leaves Health from Ziff Davis, a subsidiary of j2 Global.

Welltok, a consumer health enterprise Software-as-a-Service company, offers a health optimization platform that provides personalized guidance and support to consumers from health plans and employers.

Tea Leaves Health’s core portfolio includes the Patientology solution for customer relationship management and the Physicianology solution for physician relationship management. The products enable health systems to leverage proprietary data analytics and gain comprehensive data on population demographics.

The acquisition gives Tea Leaves Health access to additional capital and technology resources to accelerate product development and meet client needs. Additionally, Tea Leaves Health will help Welltok grow within the hospital market and develop its product portfolio.
