Voalte, a developer of smartphone solutions for caregiver communication, has launched a new communication solution: Voalte Platform.
Voalte Platform is designed to leverage existing and future technology systems. The system includes collaboration solutions, management solutions, analytics solutions and integration solutions.
Avera Health, based in Sioux Falls, S.D., and ProMedica, based in Toledo, Ohio, are implementing the Voalte Platform. Avera has 300 locations, including six hospitals. ProMedica has 13 hospitals, four ASCs and more than 300 other locations.
"We wanted an open, scalable platform that can securely facilitate communication throughout all our locations," said Alison Avendt, vice president of operations for ProMedica Toledo (Ohio) Hospital. "Voalte Platform was the best choice to meet our current caregiver communication needs as well as take us into the future."
The platform is compatible with both Android and iOS smartphones.
