The health system aims to launch the EHR in its ambulatory settings in October 2017. Epic will go live in the health system’s acute care settings in March 2018.
“The Epic solutions will give us more tools to support the clinical needs of our providers and patients,” said Tom Gordon, senior vice president and CIO of Virtua.
