At present, veterans’ health information is often housed in separate systems, such as military, commercial and VA data stores. This new digital health platform will integrate health data from these sources using a network of Application Programming Interfaces, allowing clinicians and veterans access to a comprehensive dashboard spanning the veteran’s entire health record.
The cloud-based platform will also integrate data from EHRs, wearables and other devices to send to update the veteran’s healthcare team in real time.
