Mr. Cox currently serves as the CIO of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, a HHS agency. SAMHSA leads public health efforts to reduce substance abuse and mental illness in U.S. communities.

“Studies and statistics show jails are overcrowded and cost taxpayers millions,” Mr. Cox said. “Alternative treatments in other forms have been proven to reduce recidivism. Virtual Rehab will push the boundaries of the possible and impact how and where we experience.”
