According to the report, the top 10 countries with the highest EHR adoption rates are:

  1. Norway (98 percent)
  2. Netherlands (98 percent)
  3. United Kingdom (97 percent)
  4. New Zealand (97 percent)
  5. Australia (92 percent)
  6. Germany (82 percent)
  7. United States (69 percent)
  8. France (67 percent)
  9. Canada (56 percent)
  10. Switzerland (41 percent)

The report pulled adoption rates from a Health Affairs survey in 10 developed countries.
