The BYOD momentum continues and Spok wants to help

According to a recent press release, Spok announced that the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) movement is growing and hospitals are seeking advice on this new trend.

BYOD is a way for hospitals to offer efficient mobile communications among staff.

Spok’s Vice President of Services noted that many hospitals are seeking guidance from Spok on these programs- “from the initial design through final implementation, device registration and training.”

BYOD implementation is a slow, however, due to the amount IT involved with setting it up.

Hospitals are utilizing Spok for training and for help to carry the BYOD momentum forward.
