Backups and disaster recovery: 35.1 percent
Human resources data and applications: 34.9 percent
Financial data and applications: 32.9 percent
Operational data and applications: 27.7 percent
Archived data: 26.8 percent
Back office data and applications: 22.1 percent
Managed services: 22.1 percent
Communications services: 20.3 percent
Server virtualization: 14.9 percent
Desktop virtualization: 8.1 percent
Virtual networks: 6.1 percent
Accountable care organization support: 6 percent
Identity management: 2 percent
Timely provisioning or deprovisioning accounts: 2 percent
