Tenet, NTT Data update technology services agreement

Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare and NTT Data Services formed a new, multiyear agreement to enhance technology services and infrastructure within Tenet’s care network.

Under the contract, Tenet will provide technology solutions and platforms to improve care experience, infrastructure, security support and development services for Tenet’s hospitals, outpatient centers and physician practices.

“This agreement fits into our larger digital transformation strategy that prioritizes innovation and a customer-first mentality,” said Ron Rittenmeyer, Tenet Healthcare executive chairman and CEO, according to the news release.

Tenet will implement new digital technologies including predictive analytics and machine learning to better engage with both internal and external users. NTT Data has delivered technology services to Tenet for the past 20 years.
