Teladoc is working to embed Compass’ health navigation engine directly into the Teladoc platform. From there, Teladoc members will be able to request a primary care physician or specialist, such as an oncologist or orthopedist. Users will then receive an in-network physician referral from Compass within one business day, based on criteria like availability, geographic location and physician quality.
Teladoc expects this integrated solution to be availability in the third quarter of 2017.
