With the acquisition of Carena, Avizia now offers a customizable telehealth platform that includes software, mobile, virtual care devices and a provider network. Avizia’s platform now serves more than 1,300 U.S. hospitals.

CEO and President of Carena Ralph Derrickson will transition into the senior vice president of corporate development role at Avizia, which will maintain its corporate headquarters in Reston. Carena’s Seattle office will become an integral part of Avizia’s nationwide recruitment and growth strategy.
