The report surveyed 100 hospital leaders across the U.S., most from acute care and critical access hospitals and academic health systems, about satisfaction with telemedicine solutions and found the following:
- Thirty-four percent said they were “moderately satisfied,” while 14 percent said they were “not satisfied.”
- The majority of hospital leaders, 52 percent, said they were satisfied with their telehealth solutions.
