The Digital Ecosystem platform combines and assesses data from a variety of sources, including imaging, in-vitro diagnostics and medical documentation. The platform will provide Siemens customers with access to aggregated data and will help to connect users with experts outside of their own institution.

Siemens hopes that by enabling interaction between providers, users will be able to leverage data for projects related to value-based care and predictive analytics. The company expects to roll out the platform in the fall of 2017.
