The RIQI alerts and dashboard will provide clinicians with near real-time data about patients admitted to and discharged from participating acute-care hospitals and emergency departments in the state. Integra clinicians will be able to use the information to coordinate patient care with nearby healthcare organizations and watch patient care trends over time.
“These services help providers stay connected with others delivering care to their patients in a timely way that prevents patients from falling through the cracks when seen in different care settings in the state,” said Laura Adams, president and CEO of RIQI.
