Mr. Langan has been serving as interim CEO since August after Ryan Howard, founder and former CEO, became chairman of the company, according to a Silicon Valley Business Journal report.
Mr. Langan joined Practice Fusion in July 2014 as chief commercial officer. He also serves on Practice Fusion’s board of directors, and will continue to do so as he takes on the chief executive position.
