None of these: 54 percent

Reminders to arrange an appointment/health checks
Email: 40 percent
Phone call: 23 percent
Standard mail: 13 percent
Mobile apps and social media were not popular modes of communication for these reminders, with no more than 4 percent or 1 percent of patients, respectively, opting for these types of correspondence.
The survey gathered responses from 2,239 smartphone users in 14 countries.
