Per the expansion, Partners HealthCare is implementing ProviderMatch for Access Centers in its call centers, allowing patients access to 8,000-plus providers across the Partners network.
The access centers platform features comprehensive search capabilities to enable call center employees to identify the right providers for every patient.
Partners has been using the KyruusOne provider data management platform and the ProviderMatch for Consumers solution since 2014.
