The company, which puts TV screens in physician offices that play educational information about health and advertisements for drugs, was sued in November 2017 by its investors, who alleged Outcome misled them about its performance.
Outcome is moving past its legal drama, and recently named four new board members as well as its new CEO, Matt McNally. Mr. McNally currently serves as group president and chief media officer of Publicis Health, a healthcare communications company owned by Publicis Group, which halted all advertising on Outcome Health amid the allegations. He assumes his post at Outcome in July.

Rishi Shah and Shradha Agarwal, the founders of embattled Outcome Health, have resigned from the company’s board, nearly six months after they stepped down from the CEO and president roles, respectively, the Chicago Tribune reports.
