Optum, Cerner and McKesson claim the top three spots on the list. Here are the top 10 health IT vendors on the HCI list.

•    Optum (Eden Prairie, Minn.): $5.23 billion
•    Cerner (Kansas City, Mo.): $3.4 billion
•    McKesson (Alpharetta, Ga.): $3.12 billion
•    Dell (Round Rock, Texas): $2.9 billion
•    Cognizant (Teaneck, N.J.): $2.7 billion
•    Philips (Andover, Mass.): $2.68 billion
•    Xerox (Norwalk, Conn.) $2.35 billion
•    Siemens (Malvern, Pa.): $1.99 billion
•    Epic Systems (Verona, Wis.): $1.8 billion
•    GE Healthcare (Chalfont St. Giles, U.K.): $1.5 billion
