Nokia acquired health tech firm Withings in 2016 and launched its largest line of connected consumer health products, including rebranded Withings products like the Health Mate app, last month. Users have since written negative app store reviews, citing issues like difficulty syncing products, bugs in the app, a new theme that is less user friendly and removal of features from the previous Withings app.
Nokia told BBC, “regrettably, a few users faced bugs and syncing issues, others were frustrated to find some features from the previous version were not included.”
The company added it released an update which corrects many of the issues. Another update will also integrate some of the missing features from the original Withings app.
