Just five weeks after announcing plans to acquire Withings, Nokia has completed the deal.

Through this acquisition, Nokia has established a digital health business unit, whose product line includes activity trackers, smart body analyzer scales, thermometers, blood pressure monitors and more.

"The acquisition of Withings puts us in a perfect position to capitalize on the huge opportunity in the health space."
