MTBC forms partnership with chronic care management services startup

Cloud-based health IT solutions company Medical Transcription Billing, Corp., joined forces with Winpoint Health, a startup focused on providing practices with chronic care case management services.

Winpoint Health offers services that aim to engage patients between office visits, in the hopes of improving medication adherence after receiving care at a healthcare practice.

The partnership will include cross-marketing and coordination regarding service offerings.

“As one of the leading providers of electronic health records and other healthcare IT solutions, MTBC will be a great partner for Winpoint,” said Rick Thomas, president of Winpoint. “Winpoint was established with the goal of complementing physicians’ patient care by engaging patients between office visits and, like MTBC, we leverage our technology and team to accomplish our important mission.”
