Missouri patients, providers report satisfaction with telemedicine

The Missouri Telehealth Network conducted 30,000 patient appointments in 2013 and recently conducted a study to assess patient and physician satisfaction levels with its virtual care offerings, according to a Mid-Missouri Public Radio report.

The study found 90 percent of patients and providers were satisfied with the quality of care delivered via telemedicine services, according to the report.
