The collaboration will bring together Microsoft’s “Dynamics 365 for Sales” customer engagement services with Indegene’s “Omnipresence” platform to create a customer-relationship management solution. The service will help sales and medical representatives engage healthcare practitioners.
The solution will include a conversational interface that uses voice-recognition technology and will integrate analytics into daily tasks and workflows, so representatives have access to data-driven recommendations.
Microsoft and Indegene expect these cloud services to be available by July.
