Per the partnership, PatientPing will send NextLevel Health members real-time notifications whenever one of their health plan members receives care at an emergency department or facility within the PatientPing network. The notifications will include updated patient contact information as well as other key context. This is will enable NextLevel Health to support patient discharge for their members.
NextLevel Health also offers a cloud-based health information technology system that allows members to access their health information, including medications and test results.
