Maryland HIMSS elects new board members, officers

The Maryland Chapter of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society added three new board members and elected a new team of officers.

Henry Archibong, vice president of information services for Prince George’s County, Md.-based Dimensions Health; Phil Campbell, CIO and vice president of information services for Prince Frederick, Md.-based Calvert Memorial Hospital; and Anna Schoenbaum, director of inpatient clinical systems for Baltimore-based University of Maryland Medical System joined the organization’s board of directors.

In July, five new officers will also begin two-year terms for the Maryland Chapter of HIMSS. Karen Marie Wilding, director of operations for information services and technology at Baltimore-based University of Maryland Medical System will take over as chapter president.
