The solution delivers alarm notifications from nurse call and patient monitoring systems to clinicians’ Inova-issued mobile devices. The solution can be customized, thus enabling users to implement specific alarm management processes for each clinical unit.
Inova is a five-hospital health system. The Spok clinical alert system is already in place at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, and it will be implemented systemwide over the next year.
