The 133,000 square-foot new facility, Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center, will be located on U.S. Highway 77 and will feature six additional emergency department exam rooms and private patient rooms.
The new facility will expand the size of the hospital’s current location and will allow the hospital to upgrade its technology.
Construction is expected to begin in November, and the facility is expected to be completed by summer of 2010.
