One Medical has continually expanded its network of health system partnerships in the three-plus years since Amazon closed its $3.9 billion acquisition of the hybrid primary care company in 2023 — even as the lineup of partners has shifted.
Amazon has woven One Medical deeper into its ecosystem along the way, making it a benefit for Prime members. In late 2025, Amazon began installing Amazon Pharmacy kiosks inside One Medical offices — starting in the Los Angeles area — so patients can pick up prescriptions during a visit.
The lineup has also thinned in places. Amazon One Medical now operates in several markets without a named health system partner, including Los Angeles, Orange County, Calif., and Portland, Ore.
Amazon One Medical maintains specialty care referral agreements with these health systems:
— Ascension: The partnership, announced in 2020, remains active, with Ascension Seton serving as One Medical’s specialty care partner in the Austin, Texas, area.
— Baptist Health South Florida: Coral Gables-based Baptist Health South Florida will partner with Amazon One Medical to connect primary and specialty care across the region, effective Aug. 1 (University of Miami Health System is the current partner).
— Baylor Scott & White Health: Announced in 2021, the collaboration is still active across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.
— Cleveland Clinic: Announced in October 2024, the deal has Cleveland Clinic helping build cobranded One Medical offices in Northeast Ohio; the first opened in Avon in 2025, with a second in the Shaker Heights area.
— Dignity Health: One Medical’s longest-running health system tie, dating to 2015, and still active in the Phoenix market.
