The 48-hour competition invites teams of students, entrepreneurs and healthcare professionals to create healthcare technology solutions that address unmet needs in cancer research, treatment and patient management. Following the development stage, each team will have a chance to pitch their project to a panel of judges.
Winning teams will present their projects during the sixth annual SINAInnovations Conference, which will take place Oct. 17 and Oct. 18. The conference will center on cancer care, including discussions on recent advancements in treatment and issues related to personalized medicine.
